Attorney John Perry is Perry & Alznauer, P.C.’s founder and managing partner. He oversees the firm’s family immigration practice and also works extensively with the firm’s business immigration practice.
He is a Certified Specialist, Immigration & Nationality Law by
The State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. He was admitted to the California State Bar, U.S. District Court of California, Central District in 1996.
Attorney John R. Perry obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Virginia in 1990. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1995.
From 1996-2000, Mr. Perry focused extensively on corporate law. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation of small to medium-sized companies as well as general civil litigation. He has experience in both large and small law firm settings, in addition to serving as general counsel for a start-up telecommunications company.
Mr. Perry has practiced exclusively US immigration and nationality law since 2000. He has extensive experience in all areas of immigration law, but his background in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions makes him especially effective at counseling investor and business clients.
Mr. Perry is licensed to practice law in the State Courts of California and the California Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
A recent graduate of the Small Business Administration’s T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Program, a research-based, executive-level training program designed by the SBA for small business owners, John has gained invaluable business insights through this elite program.
